How can I log in to my search marketing site as it tells me my email and username don’t match?

I am trying ro finish off my search market site to get to my data entry program and am now unable to go on with it

it is not matter of loosing id and password but due to spamming your is and password has been blocked by site owner so contact to their customer care ……………..
